OVERVIEW: “A1systems”, as mentioned above, markets IT Hardware and Security Peripherals and also deferent types of electronics products in Bangladesh. In connection with the sales of such products, we provide after sales service. We have adequate manpower to support our after-sales -service program to our clients’ entire satisfaction. We also do provide enterprise connectivity solutions.
Our Engineers respond immediately from our service-desk after receiving a call from the clients end. Our response time – for on-site service – is Two hour within DhakaCity and within a reasonable period of (transportation) time in case of places outside the Dhaka city.
